Retro Review: Jet Set Radio

Jet Set Radio (known as Jet Grind Radio in North America) is an action game released in 2000 on the Sega Dreamcast. This game was critically acclaimed for it’s gameplay, music, and, most notably, it’s cel-shaded graphics which was the first of it’s kind at the time. Shenmue 1/2 Review

In preparation for Shenmue III, which will be releasing on the 19th of November, I decided to review Shenmue 1 and 2. These games aren’t very recognised as both were commercial failures and they didn’t sell well at all and Sega ended up losing alot of money thanks to that reason BUT the reason they were commercial failures was because they were released at bad times and released on the wrong consoles. Shenmue is known by many as one of Sega’s greatest video game series and, as a result, has gained a huge cult following. Now I’m here to show you why it’s so popular with so many gamer’s and maybe someday you too will be a huge fan of the series! Let’s get started with Shenmue 1.

Dragon Quest VIII Review

I’ve finally finished Dragon Quest VIII so it’s about time I got this review started! As per usual I will talk about the main aspects of the game which, in this case, would be story, gameplay, and something that’s always a very important aspect in any RPG, it’s soundtrack. also, as this game was released on the Playstation 2 and then re-released on the Nintendo 3DS, I will talk about the differences between both versions. Well, let’s get started!
